Destined Daughters

Recently I had the pleasure of interviewing sisters Anna Sophia and Elizabeth Botkin , authors of the book So Much More: The Remarkable Influence of Visionary Daughters on the Kingdom of God, featured in the follow-up DVD Return of the Daughters, and founders of VisionaryDaughters.com.

We had a lively discussion regarding the dominion role of daughters and their impact on the Kingdom of God. Listen to this special Law & Liberty Podcast.

  1. I am listening to the podcast now, and find myself terribly grieved for these young women and for you, Ms. Schwartz, as well. Anna Sofia and Elizabeth apparently believe that a desire for autonomy -- the very principle on which the United States was founded -- is in itself a SIN for women.

  2. I normally don't publish "anyonymous" comments, however you raise a point I wish to address.

The United States was NOT founded on a principle of autonomy. That is faulty history. Moreover, the Bible identifies the sin of Gen. 3:5 as the desire for autonomy -- determining for oneself what is right and what is wrong. Thus, it is sinful for all (regardless of gender) to be autonomous -- we are ALL under God's authority.
